So you're thinking of starting to play Cricket? Well you've just found the right place!

Wythenshawe Cricket Club Juniors (WCC Jnrs) are a well established junior cricket club and are part of the Wythenshawe Cricket Club, based in Northenden, Wythenshawe, Manchester (Established 1876) making us the oldest sports club in Wythenshawe.
Boys and girls aged from 8-16 compete in the South Manchester Junior Cricket League (SMJCL) In recent years our U18 team played in the Saddleworth & District Junior cricket league, where for back to back seasons 2014 & 2015 we were the worthy winners of the Romida Trophy,

We will have this season 2024 Junior/Youth sides Wythenshawe Wizards U9's (training & league friendlies on a mutually agreed dates using an Incrediball) U11's and U13's will play in the SMJCL in competitive hardball matches on Sunday mornings 9:30am (U11s) and Friday evenings 6pm (U13's) & U15s on Monday evenings 6pm. U16s will play friendly SMJCL matches after exams are finished as well as playing in Snr 3XI matches if selected.

Guaranteeing lots of competitive cricket for all our players to learn & improve their game.
Our juniors train on THURSDAY EVENINGS 6pm TO 7:30pm

Wythenshawe Willows (Girls) U11s & U13s Cricket Development Squads will play friendly & Lancs Foundation competition matches & festivals during the season & will also train Thursday evenings same as above.

ECB ALLSTARS Cricket will be back again from Fri 10th May 5:30 to 6:30pm ages 5-8 year olds £40 for 8 weeks of cricket fun! This is now fully booked.

We have a team of dedicated coaches, who have all completed their UKCC Level 2 coaching certificates, all are DBS registered and are completely enthusiastic about teaching cricket to our junior players.

2024 Jnr Membership is £115 per player (£20 discount for additional siblings) this includes a Gray Nicolls Match Shirt, there’s no weekly fee or match fees, which works out just £4 per week, we train & play from end of April to early Sept, so is great value for money.

WCC Jnrs are achieving a great standard of cricket, we believe we are one of THE BEST junior cricket clubs in South Manchester, we offer a great, affordable place to play and learn about cricket and are especially welcoming to ALL the family...once you join WCC Jnrs you will see for yourself why our children and their families come back year after year to be part of such a fantastic CLUBMARK accredited club.
