All our coaches are suitably qualified and are monitored and regularly assessed to be working within the guidelines set by the ECB

To have completed and been verified through the ECB DBS system

To have a recognised official coaching certificate

To abide by and adhere to the Coaches Code Of Conduct

To have completed Safeguarding Young People In Cricket Online or Face to Face training.

To have a fully paid up subscription to The ECB Coaches Association (which Wythenshawe CC subsidises payment of each year)
